Shipping and delivery

How do we ship your goods?

Typically, shipments are handled by a freight forwarder on pallets. Depending on the size, there can be between 900 and 2000 cups on a pallet. The cups can be made from various types. For repeat orders, we generally ship via a parcel service. The costs for repeat orders depend on the quantity and will be communicated to the customer separately via email.

 

Delivery times

We usually deliver unprinted cups within 5-7 working days after receipt of the order or after acceptance of the purchase offer on our part.

Printed cups are usually delivered within 14 days of the OK for printing.

If parts of the order are not in stock, you will be notified and, upon request, receive a partial delivery of the goods that are in stock.

 

Shipping costs (net shipping prices plus VAT)

• 1 Euro pallet to Spain (mainland) 220,- Euro

• Small order quantities, parcel shipping on request, please specify delivery quantity ( info@vistamedia.group )

 

For deliveries via a parcel service (e.g., smaller repeat orders), you will be informed of the delivery costs via email. These costs always depend on the size of the package. For other countries and quantities, please contact info@vistamedia.group.

 

In justified exceptional cases (pallet, packaging format, weight), VistaCup reserves the right to charge a higher flat rate.
