Care instructions

Of course, you want – just like us – that our products remain attractive and durable over a long period of time. Like conventional drinking glasses, they can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher, and are suitable for both private and commercial use.

Before first use:

• Rinse our products with hot water and detergent.

• Use a special rinse aid for plastic to avoid the formation of water spots and for an optimal head of foam.

• For any polishing that may be necessary, soft microfiber cloths should be used.

Hand wash:

• We recommend hand washing our digitally printed mugs.

• Brushes, dishwashing sponges and microfiber cloths used should be soft and non-abrasive.

• Lipstick residue is best removed with a soft microfiber cloth.

Dishwasher:

• For improved results, we recommend special plastic cleaners.

• Use a special rinse aid for plastic to avoid the formation of water stains and for a better drying result.

• The rinsing temperature may be up to 120°C.

• We guarantee up to 500 rinse cycles when using suitable cleaners and cleaning utensils.

BE CAREFUL WITH:

• Rinsing above 70°C for a longer period of time

• overdosing of rinse aid

• Use of detergent with metal protection

• Using the wrong dishwasher appliance

• to rough and abrasive dishwashing sponges and cloths

• dairy products if the cups are not washed promptly

• Use of anise drinks (raki, ouzo, Richard, anise, Pernod)

• scouring agents, steel wool, razor blades and other sharp objects

• gasoline, alcohol, esters or organic solvents

• sand between the cups

• Sunscreen can cause staining
