INDIVIDUAL PRINTING SOLUTIONS
DIGITAL PRINTING
This innovative technology enables the complete 360° decoration of glass and plastic bottles in high-quality four-color printing. The object undergoes a pre-treatment, receives a base and the four CMYK colors and is given a protective layer. Between the individual steps, a drying process takes place using flashlights. The decoration options are extremely varied.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is the most common method of glass decoration. The glass is automatically loaded into the machine, where a rubber squeegee applies ink through a screen. The printed glass is then transferred to a conveyor belt. To fix the ceramic ink (enamel), the glass is fired in a 30-meter-long oven at around 600 °C.
STICKERS
The transfer technique is suitable for small quantities, complex glass shapes and decorations with more than 8 colors. The design is printed on paper with ceramic ink and transferred to the glass by hand, a process known as decalcomania. The glasses must then be fired in a 30-meter-long kiln at around 600 °C.
LASER

GOLD AND PLATINUM
An innovative machine automatically decorates the edges of glasses with gold or platinum and is strategically positioned at the exit of the screen printing machine. This allows efficient production of large series with minimal loss of speed. The ink contains about 10% real gold or platinum. Our producer and supplier to our market and customers in Spain is one of the few companies in the world that has this technology.
